  Greenhouse Summer Delights
Small plates and summer sips lighten the palate in The Greenhouse this season.

You'll find a new style of small plates offered during Sunday Brunch in The Greenhouse.

Select grilled rock shrimp and calamari with fresh hearts of palm salad and crisp wonton; roast beef sirloin with Nancy's Hudson Valley Camembert, watercress & mache lettuces and black truffle vinaigrette; salmon "sliders" with cucumber raita and roma tomato; and parsnip soup with toasted almond cream and herb oil.

Sunday Brunch seatings in The Greenhouse begin from 10:30 a.m. and price is $55 for adults and $25 for children (ages 5 - 12).

The lightened mood extends to cocktails as our mixologists unveil a menu of summer martinis and specialty cocktails for the season.

Watermelon Tini
Absolut Peach vodka, fresh watermelon juice and Lemon Cello liqueur

Illusion Flamingo
Orange and sparkling pomegranate juice and mint

Balsamic Strawberry Mojito
10 Cane Run, mint leaves, fresh lime, strawberries, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar

Paris Cocktail
Chandon Brut Champana, peach schnapps liqueur, and orange juice.
