Chef Payne's new Breakfast Bento Box offers a quartet of house specialties including: ham and brioche open-faced sandwich with sunny-up farm egg; buckwheat pancakes; seasonal fruit with zucchini and bran muffin, Ulmo tree honey; and rhubarb, yogurt and granola parfait.

Café Sunday Brunch
Sunday Brunch has made its debut in The Café. Chef Payne and his team unveil a gorgeous spread sprinkled at tables surrounding the famous 12th floor fountain.

Sunday Brunch highlights include:

• Omelets made-to-order with selections such as smoked salmon, white cheddar, salsa and sour cream.
• Carvings of slow-roasted ribeye of beef or whole roast chicken with espelette chili glaze.
• Fresh and smoked seafoods, such as Empress crab claws and Bluepoint oysters.
• Made-to-order sushi.
• Composed soups and salads, including chilled cauliflower soup with foie gras crouton and Spring vegetable salad with shaved ricotta salata, aged sherry vinaigrette.
• Artisan cheeses and fresh fruits like orange tangerine juice shooters.
• Finale of desserts including chocolate banana mousse cake, warm Bosc pear Clafoutis, and extra bitter chocolate truffles.

Children enjoy mozzarella and basil quesadillas, banana Nutella sandwiches and fresh seasonal fruit cups on their own kid-friendly buffet.

Price for adults is $62 and for children $30 (children 5 and under eat free). Sunday Brunch seatings begin from 11 a.m.

Mother's Day and Father's Day
Toast mom and dad on their special days with Mother's Day and Father's Day Brunches offered in The Cafe and The Greenhouse.
