  Saturday Chocolate Flight
We've sweetened the setting on Saturday nights in The Greenhouse.

Our new Saturday Night Chocolate Flight invites guests to indulge their cravings for all-things cocoa.

Ritz-Carlton Chicago Executive Pastry Chef Eric Estrella unveils a rotating selection of weekly treats, which are displayed on a help-yourself or we'll-bring-to-you buffet.

Saturday Night Chocolate Flight offerings may include:
  • Chocolate dipped strawberries.
  • Milk chocolate and peanut butter crème brûlée.
  • Dark and white chocolate panna cotta shots.
  • Opera cake, chocolate nut sable, tiramisu in a cup.
  • Coffee and cognac chocolate truffle pops.

Savor the rich textures alone or pair them with a glass of Chandon champagne. Priced from $12-17.

The Saturday Night Chocolate Flight is offered in The Greenhouse from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
